What makes us unique among women’s clothing companies is that we make clothes to our customers’ height, size and style preferences at an affordable price and deliver in 13-17 days.

Our Philosophy

It is not enough that clothes look good on mannequins. They need to look good on you – this is our philosophy. We make clothes just for you, not to just fit well, but also to have the neckline, sleeve and length work for you. We also make every garment to your exact height. At Mleos , you can, of course, also buy clothes as shown in the standard sizes from 0-36W - or you can have them customized to your specific size with your selection of neckline, sleeve and length. It is your choice and it is easy, fast and affordable.

Labor Laws & Social Compliance

The question some customers may have is: how can you make fashion clothes of such high quality and customize it to for us at such affordable price? The fact is the clothes come directly from our factory to you. So they come at ex-factory prices and all the costs saved in not having stores, warehouses and sales assistants are passed on to our customers by us.

Regarding labor laws and compliance, we are committed to fair and responsible conduct in all of our operations and with our subcontractors and suppliers. Our company is privately owned and operated. Our business offices are located in Chennai and Delhi. Our central design studio is in New York City with our customer service team based throughout the US. We provide secure working conditions and comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing workplace health and safety. We along with our subcontractors and suppliers provide workers with a clean, safe and healthy work environment with appropriate sanitation facilities and strict hygiene requirements.

Our People

Our workers are men and women who provide homes, food and education for their families. They are the backbone of Mleos . We appreciate their commitment to excellence and value their employment. At Mleos , we are committed to on-going training for our workers so that they acquire new skills and increase their expertise. Every customer order that goes out to the customer carries the name of the people who made the garment. When customers send in a word of acknowledgement/thanks, these are conveyed to the concerned team that made the garment.
